Mr. Traeger is Chief Financial Officer of Abacus Capital Group, LLC. Prior to joining ACG, Mr. Traeger spent the past 24 years managing his sole proprietor CPA firm serving emerging and small businesses in such areas as: financial reporting, development of accounting systems, bank negotiations, automation and full corporate tax planning and preparation. Clients have included investment bankers with SEC reporting, real estate investors and construction and engineering companies with bonding and banking requirements.

Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Traeger was Director of Administration and an Audit Manager for Richard A. Eisner & Co, CPA (now Eisner, LLC). Mr. Traeger was responsible for planning and administering certified audits of the firm’s larger public and privately held clients. In addition, Mr. Traeger was responsible for all personnel functions of a nationally ranked top 25 CPA firm. Duties included administering five departments: audit, tax, management service, small business and insolvency. He directed on-campus recruitment, experienced hiring, scheduling, staff evaluations including raises and promotions, counseling and control of chargeable time and billing rates. Prior to joining Eisner, Mr. Traeger was an Audit Senior for Touche Ross & Co. where he was responsible for audits and SEC reporting of diverse industries including distribution, manufacturing, finance, real estate, retail and governmental clients.

Victor has a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
